What we collect
When you call, we take your name, phone number, vehicle details and the location of the vehicle, because we cannot dispatch without them. Calls may be recorded for training and dispute resolution. This website uses analytics to count visits and calls.
Why we hold it
To carry out the job you asked for, to raise an invoice, to meet our waste duty-of-care record-keeping obligations, and to handle any later complaint or claim.
How long
Job and invoice records are kept for six years, which is the period in which a claim could be brought. Waste transfer notes are kept for the statutory period. Call recordings are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it with the technician attending, our payment processor, and our licensed waste carrier where the job involves fuel removal.
